Monday, April 4 – 3 miles, travel back to U.S.
Tuesday, April 5 – Pilates, 4 miles on treadmill
Wednesday, April 6 – 10 miles
Thursday, April 7 – Pilates, bike to work
Friday, April 8 – Pilates, 5 miles, bike to work (1-way)
Saturday, April 9 – Pilates or Yoga, Bowling with family
Sunday, April 10 – Pilates, 3-4 miles
