Mon, Jan 17 - Rest / Pilates (Actual: Pilates)
Tue, Jan 18 - 7 miles speed work (Actual: 8 miles fast, up to 6:40 pace)
Wed, Jan 19 - 6 miles hills (Actual: 5 miles jogging, pilates)
Thu, Jan 20 - Rest / Yoga (Actual: Zumba)
Fri, Jan 21 - 14 miles (Actual: 14.5 miles at 8:00-8:30 pace)
Sat, Jan 22 - 5 miles easy / pilates (3 miles easy, yoga)
Sun, Jan 23 - Xtrain / Weights (5 miles easy)
